Starting off at Durlston Country Park & Castle, we decided to have a long, slow run along the sea-cliff trail to Saint Alban’s Head and back again.
Approximately 14 miles, up-and-down hills with various stopping off points to take in sights such as Dancing Ledge and Winspit. As you can see from the images below, the day was absolutely beautiful. Perfect weather for running along and taking in such as fabulous coast line.
Quick breather at Dancing Ledge
Lunch time. Eating wraps, taking in the scenery.
A beautiful part of the world to spend a few hours running. It was pretty tough going, especially after 9 miles, but worth every moment.
