This month I was introduced to Marcothon by a running buddy. A December based running challenge to help you stay motived in the hard month before Christmas and to help keep you fit!
The idea is simple. Regardless of your ability or speed, you run every single day in December for the minimum of 25 minutes or 3 miles (depending on what comes first).
My first Marcothon run was hard going as I haven’t run in over a week, but it was a good way to kick-start this month of running.
I’ve never run every day for an entire month before so this is a new challenge for me. I best pencil in the Christmas Day Parkrun!
