Very happy that I finally got a new PB on my clean and Jerk. I can now handle 30kg! Thought I was never going to get past that 28kg mark but just at the end of the set, I got it.
The workout for this Friday was:
- Warm up – run, 12 x strict deadlift, 12 x front squat, 12 x push press (empty bar)
- 15 x 1 set of Clean & Jerks. 15 mins on the minute, increasing each rep. New PB – 30 kg
- 2 rounds of 20 Clean & Jerk (20kg) + 40 over bar burpees
That was a tough one, but worth it.
