Now that the celebrations are well and truly over, it is time to focus on growing your business this year.
Our Facebook group now has over 300 members and is growing each day. Given the huge amount of interest my networking events are receiving, I have been busy organising new networking dates for 2020.
I have released the first few dates for this year - February, March and April. There will be plenty more to come for the rest of the year, with a focus on some new collaborations and venues.
If you are yet to attend an event, here is what you can expect.
These events are often free to attend and attract between 40 - 70 attendees. These range from business owners, to freelancers and employees based in and around Andover.
The events offer an informal, relaxed approach to networking which makes it ideal for those who are new to networking but are keen to expand their business connections. There is no hard-selling and you won't be pressured into doing a sale pitch.
If you are looking to attend, make sure that you bring along your business cards, leaflets or products to show. You will need to sign-in on arrival and then you are free to grab a drink and start to mingle!
Just wanted to say what a fantastic job you have done this year. I am bumping into people most weeks or talking to people who attend the networking sessions and we all value your dedication to the small businesses in the area. The group has introduced me to some lovely people and we have been able to share contacts and ideas for future business. - Gary Berntsen
You must register for all events in advance, this can be done via my Eventbrite page.
The events are supported by a Facebook Group, to help keep you up-to-date with events and provide a private platform for you to discuss business.
I hope to meet you at an event soon.Back to the blog
